I served as team lead and was primarily responsible for product and technology, turning the proposition “AI avatars connect first, while people retain the final decision” into an offline-demonstrable AI relationship-exploration prototype.</p> <h2 id="project-and-role">Project and Role</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Project:</strong> WeiShi (未識)</li> <li><strong>Role:</strong> Team lead</li> <li><strong>Primary responsibilities:</strong> Product definition, system design, prototype implementation, governance mechanisms, and result integration</li> </ul> <h2 id="competition-context">Competition Context</h2> <p>The Yunnan-Taiwan University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition promotes exchange and collaboration among students across the Taiwan Strait. WeiShi uses AI avatars to support mutual understanding before an in-person interaction while preserving authorization, observability, and the person&rsquo;s final decision.</p>
