On September 11, 2026, I attended the Chuangzhi Frontier Workshop, “Generative Agents Driving Social Intelligence: From Academia to Industry,” at the Shanghai Innovation Institute. The workshop brought together researchers and industry practitioners to explore large-scale agent simulation, human behavior modeling, social governance, and business decision-making, and to examine how large models can support research and applications across the social sciences.
