Abstract
On November 29, 2018, I participated in the “Mainland China Reform” 40 Years of Opening-up academic seminar hosted by the Institute of National Development and Mainland China, School of Social Sciences, Chinese Culture University. Together with experts and scholars from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, I reviewed the historical process of reform and opening-up, summarized development experience, and discussed future development paths.
